1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation
- All ticket purchases are final and binding once payment is processed.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. This email serves as your ticket and must be presented (digitally or printed) at registration.
- Tickets are non-transferable. The named ticket holder must be the person attending the event.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable taxes.
- Early bird pricing is subject to availability and may end without notice.
- Youth tickets (30 OMR) are only valid for attendees under 24 years of age. Proof of age may be required at registration.
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- 1-Change of plans
- 2-Inability to attend
- 3-Visa rejection
- 4-Travel restrictions
- 5-Personal emergencies
- 6-No-shows or late arrivals
- Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Digifest Oman is cancelled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 days.
- Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled for any reason, attendees may choose between
- 1-Keeping their ticket for the new date, OR
- 2-Receiving a full refund within 30 days
4. Event Access and Conduct
- Doors open at 11:00 AM. The program begins at 11:30 AM sharp.
- Professional conduct is expected. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee exhibiting inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Health and Safety
- Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property.
- Please inform the organizers of any dietary restrictions or accessibility requirements at least 7 days before the event.
- The venue is wheelchair accessible.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content presented at Digifest Oman remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers and organizers.
- By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration and communication about Digifest Oman. Your email address will be shared with our event sponsors who may send you useful information relevant to AI, digital marketing, and topics covered at the event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving these communications.
9. Force Majeure
- The organizers shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions or pandemic-related measures.
10. General Provisions
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice.
- Special promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
